1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "wslot" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service operated at wslot.asia, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
- "Operator" refers to the corporate entity that holds the PAGCOR license authorizing the operation of wslot and is responsible for the services provided under these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service on the wslot platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with wslot's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and the Operator.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Submission of false age information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. Account Registration and KYC
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on wslot at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to close all accounts associated with an individual found to hold duplicate registrations and to forfeit any balances held in such accounts.
4.1 Registration Requirements
When registering a wslot account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your wslot account are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own verified name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. 7.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
- Only one (1) active bonus may be held at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
- The Operator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus credit that was obtained through manipulation, exploitation of promotional systems, or collusion between players.

7.2 Wagering Requirements
Where a wagering requirement is stated as, for example, "35x bonus", this means the Player must wager an amount equal to thirty-five times (35×) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. 8. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the wslot platform are provided by certified third-party software providers whose random number generators (RNG) have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on the wslot server, the server record shall be the definitive record. 9. Prohibited Conduct

- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to recovery;
- Placing wagers designed to fulfil bonus wagering requirements without legitimate gameplay intent, including "hedge betting" using opposing outcomes;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using wslot for any purpose connected to illegal activity under Philippine law;
- Charging back any deposit to your payment provider while a wslot balance associated with that deposit remains in use;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing wslot customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.
10. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Account Suspension and Termination
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, receipt of a chargeback, failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated period, inactivity, or in compliance with a PAGCOR directive.
Upon termination of an account in good standing — meaning no breach of Terms, no outstanding fraud investigation, and no pending chargeback — the Operator will process withdrawal of any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
A Player may close their own wslot account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Operator operates under a licence granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all disputes arising from the operation of the wslot platform are subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction as the regulatory authority.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15. Amendments to These Terms
The Operator reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the wslot platform not less than 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change.
Continued use of the wslot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
